WElcome to the mission!

We’re so grateful you’ve taken the time to join us. Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive.

Flow Chart

Entrance/Parking to the Event:

  • There’s only one way in—a long road that leads straight to the center of the event, where the food truck will be located. Depending on where you park, you may have a short walk to the main area. Don’t worry though—we’ll have someone on site to guide you and help you get where you need to be.

Mars’ Hill Booth/Sitting Area:

  • The Mars’ Hill booth is your go-to spot and the first stop on your journey. Think of it as your home base—if you have any questions or need guidance, this is where you’ll find answers. Come say hi, grab your issue, and enjoy some snacks while flipping through the latest edition of the magazine.

Art Gallery/Photobooth:

  • Just a short walk away, you’ll find our gallery—home to incredible artists and a space to immerse yourself in their work. You might even stumble upon a few games… but you’ll have to come see for yourself. We’ll also have a photo booth set up with fun props to try on, so bring a friend and don’t be shy—your smile deserves the spotlight!

Food Truck / Good Drink / Snakcs:

  • Oh, we’ve got you. Our main chef—the man, the myth, the legend—Mike is serving up some top-tier dishes you won’t want to miss. Bring your friends, gather around, and enjoy some seriously good food that’ll keep you fuelled for the rest of the night.

But it doesn’t stop there—snacks will be available throughout the evening, and thanks to our amazing sponsor Good Drinks, you’ll have something refreshing to sip on too.

DJ Area:

  • You won’t just burn calories walking—there’ll be dancing too. The vibes will be unreal, and you’ll definitely want to be outside soaking up the beats.

Connect Booths:

  • This event is all about meeting people and sharing moments. Before you get to the gallery, you’ll walk past some awesome booths—take your time to look around and talk to the people there. Whether you’re checking out clothes, enjoying art by our very own Jeremy Joosten, or stopping by the Trinity Western booths, we want you to feel welcome. Say hi, make a new friend, and enjoy the moment. Who knows—one simple conversation could end up being a Kairos moment, something that changes your life in a big way.

Respect the Space, Respect the People

  • Stay out of the barns, greenhouses, and animal pens—they’re off-limits for safety and respect for the farm.

  • No feeding the animals or birds—they're on special diets, and even small scraps can harm them.

  • No open flames or real candles—feel free to use battery-powered alternatives instead!

  • Please don’t pick flowers or crops—this is the livelihood of the farmers, so let's honor their work.

  • No pets allowed, not even if they stay in the car.

  • No vaping, and smoking is only permitted in the designated area with proper disposal.

  • Respect the gardens and landscaping—stay on paths and don’t walk through the flower beds.

  • Clean up after yourself—don’t leave trash, decorations, or food behind.

  • Drive slowly—there’s a strict 5 mph speed limit for everyone’s safety (including the animals).

  • Mind your music volume—this is a peaceful place and we want to keep it that way for the neighbors.

  • No glitter, confetti, rice, balloons, or sparklers—we know they’re fun, but they’re not safe for the farm or animals.
