WHERE?

A group of people socializing inside a rustic barn-like setting, featuring wooden beams and hanging string lights. Several tables are set with empty wine glasses and bottles. The scene appears casual and relaxed, with people standing and talking.

The Venue— Sage and Solace Farm

Located in the quiet countryside of Langley, Sage and Solace is more than just a venue—it’s a place that offers both inspiration and tranquility. Set on 20 acres of fields, gardens, and ponds, this farm provides the perfect setting for The Mission: Kairos. We chose it for its natural beauty and its ability to offer attendees a meaningful experience, both through the space and the atmosphere it creates.

As an indoor-outdoor venue, the farm invites guests to take their time. Walk between connection booths, explore vintage pop-ups, enjoy live music, and engage with the stories behind Mars’ Hill Magazine. Whether you take a moment by the pond, enjoy a warm drink, or simply pause to reflect, the space itself becomes a key part of the event—one focused on creativity, collaboration, and reflection.

Barb, the artist and venue owner behind Sage and Solace, founded the space after leaving Vancouver’s fast-paced art world in search of a meaningful connection with natural beauty.

"Sage" for wisdom. "Solace" for peace. Barb’s dream has always been to share this space, and today it serves as a hub for a growing creative community. We’re excited to host The Mission here, in a safe space to harvest community.
