what?

This event is more than a gathering—it’s a reflection of where we are in our journey. Centered around our final issue of the year, Kairos, we’re marking a moment that feels both timely and significant. The Mission is a space to celebrate the creative energy, faith, and collaboration that have shaped Mars’ Hill—and to invite others into it. It’s about looking back with gratitude, engaging with the present, and building toward what’s next.

HOW & Why?

What started as an idea turned into something intentional. Partnering with I’m Seeing Stars didn’t happen by chance; it came from a shared sense of timing and vision that just felt right. There’s a deeper story behind how it all came together—and why—and we’d love for you to be part of it.

WHERE?

This event represents a step forward for Mars’ Hill—beyond campus and into a space that reflects the vision behind this issue and the direction we’re growing toward. Sage and Solace offered more than just a beautiful setting; it aligned with our heart for creativity, connection, and community. A big part of that is thanks to Barb, the artist behind the space, whose story and intention helped shape the experience we’re inviting you into.

WHO?

This event brings together a wide circle—students, faculty, creatives, local businesses, churches, alumni, and young adults. It’s a space for connection across generations and backgrounds, where faith, creativity, and community meet. Whether you’ve journeyed with Mars’ Hill for years or are just discovering it now, you’re invited to be part of something meaningful.
